During the evening everyone got at least once melted chocolate on his hands and tasted all the different fillings.
IncQuery Labs’s team visited the Chef Parade cooking school, learned how to prepare handmade chocolate and bonbons while getting to know better new team members. Instructors already prepared the ingredients including superior quality dark chocolate, liqueur and champagne for the cream fillings, they taught us that for shiny delicious bonbons we need to follow strict procedures like chocolate tempering and use chocolate containing at least 60% cocoa with a good proportion of cocoa butter.
